[01/18/2009] - The data center move was completed at 2:50AM Eastern. Please let us know if you have any problems. Thank you.
Update: Several people have reported problems today, and most of them were due to their DNS servers caching old information, please try the following
If you're using a Cable/DSL router, please try restarting it.
In Windows, flush your cache by opening a windows command prompt.
Start -> Programs -> Accessores -> Command Prompt
In the Command Prompt, type:
ipconfig /flushdns
If that doesn't, work, make sure you're not overriding the DNS settings in your hosts file. Open this file with Windows Notepad:
c:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
If it contains any entries for your domains, delete them and save the file.
If that doesn't resolve the problem, please e-mail us your DNS servers which are viewable from a Command Prompt
Start -> Programs -> Accessores -> Command Prompt
In the Command Prompt, type:
ipconfig /all
Please rest assured that most of the rest of the world that's not having the same problem can reach your site and send you e-mail. Even through our DNS servers are set to only be cached for 10 minutes, unfortunately some DNS servers aren't honoring this setting.
